I know traders that trade 3–4 times per day.

Some traders I know trade 3 days per week.

And some traders who only trade 4 times a month.

That’s the beauty of trading. There is no right or wrong. You just have to pick one and stick with it for 6+ months.

There is no best way or best strategy to trade.

Over the years I have seen many strategies I considered weird or outdated that were getting people amazing results.

I think your frequency and strategy should depend on 2 factors:

1. Pick a strategy you are committed to sticking with for 6 months. Don’t switch your methods every time you lose a trade. The longer you commit to mastering 1 strategy, the more successful you will be.

2. Pick a style that fits your lifestyle. If you are trading in your lunch break as a side hustle, you might only do 3 trades per week. If you are a full-time trader and you enjoy staring charts, you will trade multiple times per day.
