What outsiders in this industry don’t know is, that the charts are not the scary part at all.
You can learn all the definitions and how to read a chart fairly easily. In my opinion, within 2 months. From knowing absolutely nothing to understanding what’s being shown on a chart.
That isn’t the hard part of trading and never will be.
The hardest part about trading is knowing you have a 50,000 personal bill due in 5 days and you are up 35,000 in floating profit and refusing to take profit because you want the full 50,000 or more, but not realizing the market exhausted itself already.
Or taking profit too quickly and then watching afterward and seeing the price continue and you would have made an extra 20,000 if you were just patient.
That game never ends. You only get better at managing your discipline and over time, you become so robotic that nothing phases you anymore. You are just there to do a job.
